The Yo-Kai x Final Fantasy XIV collaboration event is back in 2020 with some new weapons for Gunbreaker, Dancer, Red Mage and Samurai. This year edition has been announced as a very similar event as in 2016 so players from back then shouldn't be too lost, for players who never did the event here is how things are going to unfold!
The event will be availabe from August 19 at 1am and will last until the release of Patch 5.4.
To start the quest you will need to talk to the Poor-heeled Youth NPC located in the Steps of Nald in Ul'Dah (X: 9.2 Y: 9.1)
Once you accepted the quest you will be able to collect Yo-Kai medals by clearing FATES and exchange them in the Gold Saucer (X: 5.2 Y: 6.9).
Participating in FATES with your newly aquired minions will award Legendary Yo-Kai Medals that you can exchange for exclusive weapons.
