Planned to be released on December 2, this brand new Final Fantasy XIV SSD has been created in partnership with the manufacturer called I-O Data.
This SSD is already displayed on the official Japanese Store of the game or on the manufacturer's website.
This SSD is designed to be used as external storage and connected with a USB cable.
This 500Go SSD will be available for around $113 and will come in a box feature one of the Key Art of Shadowbringers.
The official website also gives us more details on what to expect from the SSD, in fact using an app called "GigaCrystaPhantom" players should be able to transfer any existing FFXIV from an HDD to this SSD without any need to reinstall the game.
The SSD is only available in Japan for the moment and Square Enix did not communicate yet on a possible addition to the other online stores.
