A claymore wielder, she is aligned with the Pyro element. She's perhaps best as a Physical DPS, although she's not bad in support either.
You can get Xinyan from the Wanderlust Invocation banner, as a four-star character.
The best weapons for Xinyan in Genshin Impact
There are two claymores that are ideal for a Physical DPS character. Wolf's Gravestone increases ATK significantly and is great for polishing off low-health enemies, while Skyward Pride ramps up DMG with a nice little attack proc.
For those who haven't pulled these five-star weapons, the Prototype Archaic offers a nice chance at an ATK DMG boost on-hit.

The best Artifacts for Xinyan in Genshin Impact
You can go two ways with this build, centered around the Gladiator's' Finale and Bloodstained Chivalry sets.
The former increases ATK, while the latter boosts Physical DMG. For increased Normal Attack DMG go with a full Gladiator's set.

(4) If the wielder of this artifact set uses a Sword, Claymore or Polearm, increases their Normal Attack DMG by 35%.

(4) After defeating an opponent, increases Charged Attack DMG by 50%, and reduces its Stamina cost to 0 for 10s. Also triggers with wild animals such as boars, squirrels and frogs.
Talent and Constellation priority for Xinyan in Genshin Impact
Xinyan's Elemental Skill, Sweeping Fervor, is fantastic. As well as dealing Pyro DMG, it grants a pretty hefty shield based on her DEF, as well as how many enemies were hit by the attack. Focus on maxing this first, then her Riff Revolution Elemental Burst.
Constellation-wise, nothing stands out massively. Double-Step (C3) will increase the level of Xinyan's Elemental Skill.

ATK% and Physical DMG are the order of the day with Xinyan's build.
