First attack
The first attack will consist of jumping on your position creating a shock wave around him during the impact on the ground. To dodge it, you will have to wait for it to start jumping and then press the button to roll out of the impact zone. Note that Fragilady can chain it several times from a certain stage of the fight. Second attack
His second attack will come a little later in the fight and will have to be dodged at the last moment. Lilligant will charge up its energy and release it in a circle, almost necessarily hitting you if you don't dodge it. To pass it, you have to roll over it, which is like jumping over it.
How to beat Lilligant ?
