Along with Crows and Norn Chests, Legendary Chests in God of War Ragnarok can fetch you big bucks. Indeed, some of them contain rare pieces of equipment, but also fast and heavy runic attacks, and more generally all the key items that will not be given to you by one of the characters.

Aurvangar Wetlands
You will find the only legendary chest in this region in the small secret area in which the second chest of the norns of Svartalfheim is already hidden. Once in front of the chest of the norns, climb to the left and go to the end of the path to collect your reward. Be careful, some enemies will try to block your way.

Modvitnir Tower
You won't have to do anything to get your hands on this legendary chest placed right in the middle of your path. It is, however, critically important to your progression through the game's side content, as it contains the first half of Muspelheim's seed, needed to reach the Crucible and its boiling hot combat challenges.

Althjof Tower
After stopping the furnace in the tower for the side quest In the Service of Asgard , take the shortcut to return to the starting area by dropping the chain. Then use the wheel one last time to bring the hook to its highest level. Reassemble the chain, use the hook quickly press round to destroy the wall opposite.

Lyngbakhr Island
By completing the side quest of the weight of the chains with the whale of Lyngbakhr , you will have access to a small islet placed behind the tail of the animal. Just after breaking the chain of the animal, you can find the legendary chest on your left, quite simply.

Jarnsmida Mines

The Core
