Still to the left you can hang yourself with your chains on the ledge, then jump opposite by breaking the wall to reach the chest.

Abandoned Outpost
This chest is given to you as a reward for exploring the Abandoned Outpost, the very first step of the side quest Curse of Sigrun. You'll see that Legendary Chests and Norn Chests are often associated with secondary content in the Midgard area, which is going to make them pretty easy to pick up overall.

Rowers
This Legendary Chest will be given to you for free during The Curse of Sigrun quest.
