This quest is unlocked only after eating at Hulbury's restaurant with Chairman Rose, Oleana and Sonia (walkthrough part 8). You can come back after you have finished the game.
Visit the Seafood Restaurant, to the right of the Pokémon Centre.
First delivery
The waiter behind the counter will ask you to go deliver a meal where there are 'Clickety-clack' sounds.
Go to the house just after Hulbury's guard. You will receive a Exp. Candy L.
The server will give you 5 Nuggets.
Second delivery
But it's not over yet! The waiter has other deliveries for you.
This time, you must go to the house where there is a Swirlix. This is the first house when you go downstairs from the station. The waiter will give you 2 Big Nuggets.
Third delivery
Third and last delivery: you have to find the house with a green roof. It's actually the market at the bottom of Hulbury. You will receive a Lucky Egg.
