Patch 10.3 brings a quite a small patch in terms of content. Some item balance changes, usual nerfs and buffs of champions and traits — but overall it's also implementing System Changes, and Teamfight Tactics' meta is definitely going to be enormously affected. Although the wave of buffs could be the reason for, it's actually not because of any trait or champion balance changes that the Convergence is going to be disrupted.
"Spatulas no longer appear during the Carousel stage."
Things that we notice the less are often the most important, and spatulas disappearing from the Carousel stage is something so big and so important that we're quite astonished.
Patch 10.3 is certainly to shake the meta upside down...
