February 27 just happens to be Pokémon Day, the anniversary date of the series. It's also the day Nintendo will reveal a new Mythical Pokémon for Pokémon Sword and Shield.
In the meantime, Japanese magazine CoroCoro has published a complete silhouette of this mysterious new creature. The image comes from the popular Serebii.net website.
There have so far been few clues as to what this Pokémon might be, nor what type or characteristics it will have.
