During your adventure you should normally meet a somewhat mysterious character. Called Scaramouche, the young man seems to be part of the Fatui order.
If for the moment no banner about him is announced, it's therefore a safe bet that the character will soon be playable. On Reddit (source) information has already been released that Scaramouche would be an electro character using catalysts.
Fun fact: the Japanese voice of Scaramouche is none other than that of Tetsuya Kakihara who played many characters like Prompto in Final Fantasy XV, Ggio Vega in Bleach or Kain Fuery in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
