Genshin Impact: Childe is doing real crazy DPS in the new event

The Hyakunin Ikki event is back, and since its first appearance players have had time to roll their bumps and work on their mechanics. Tartaglia has been in the news lately, with quite simply illegal amounts of damage in the fights.

Genshin Impact: Childe is doing real crazy DPS in the new event

There are some challenges in Genshin Impact that require above all to hit hard, and especially in AOE. The reissue of the Hyakunin Ikki event is clearly one of them. In this challenge, you have to fight waves of monsters with a pair of characters. And at this little game, some Teyvat heroes are clearly OP. Take the example of dear Tartaglia (Child in the language of Shakespeare), who recently caught the attention of the community on Reddit. And for good reason ; the character and his AOE Hydro literally destroys the attackers. Sensitive souls refrain.

Thank you Riptide!

We forget it too often, but Tartaglia is a real offensive monster on this kind of challenge. In the clips posted by fans, we can clearly see that the character is enjoying himself against crowds of monsters with fairly lambda mechanics. AOE is his domain, and he makes it known in this event which seems cut out for him.

When he's in melee mode, his Riptide effects produce fabulous amounts of damage on clumsy opponents, as is the case here. Of course, not all Tartaglias are capable of inflicting this much, but it's a nice taste of what the character can produce in terms of raw DPS. Like what, you should never completely bury a character, even when he is no longer as coveted as in the past.

Admittedly, Tartaglia isn't the most meta DPS right now (and he's likely to be overtaken for good by Kamisato in Hydro DPS as soon as patch 2.6 is released), but he's still capable of doing talk about him. The proof !

Is Paimon annoying or adorable? The redditors have decided!

It's hard to find a more divisive character than Paimon in Genshin Impact. Certainly very cute and kind, the little cherub that follows us everywhere nevertheless has the annoying habit of talking too much.
