Good news never comes alone. While patch 2.6 and Ayato arrive on the live servers in a handful of hours, Hoyoverse immediately started teasing version 2.7, expected for May 11th. We discovered the official splasharts of two new characters of next update: Yelan and Kuki Shinobu.

The release date of the banners for each of these characters is still unknown, although, as we specified above, the date of the deployment of patch 2.7 will normally be around May 11th. It is almost surprising to see a second 5-star Hydro land after the arrival of Kamisato Ayato in 2.6. We will appreciate in passing the “ninja” theme of the character of Kuki Shinobu (rather rare in Genshin Impact), whose name also directly echoes the Japanese mercenaries.
