Characters in Genshin Impact are rarely miserable in the literal sense of the word. Often they are healthy, charismatic, eloquent, and have spectacular powers and abilities. This is not the case of Collei, a character who appears in the manga, and who despite her apparent insignificance charmed many fans.
The big question then is whether or not Collei could become a playable character in the future.
A character who can only grow in power
A solitary character, suspicious and having very little self-confidence, Collei does not at first sight have the makings of a heroine. She is even in poor health, and seems unwilling to be a fighter. However, she is driven by a strong desire for revenge towards certain Fatui members.
In the manga, she forms a beautiful relationship with Amber, whose character contrasts sharply with that of Collei. The two characters gradually discover each other over the course of their initiatory quest. There emerges from Collei this little nekketsu side: insignificant at first sight, the character has a real depth and his initiatory journey could be very interesting.
Currently, Collei is not in Hoyoverse's sights to become a playable character. Originally from Sumeru, Collei can potentially be released following patch 3.0, but this type of theory should be taken with -very- large tweezers.
