The Mints
With herbs, it is possible to change the effects of a Pokémon's Nature. In fact, it's as if we were boosting the stats of the Pokémon according to its Nature. Note that using a Mint will have no influence on the nature of the Pokémon.
Special Supplements
These are used to increase the base points of a Pokémon. Now you can maximize these points by using nutritious drinks (special supplements).
Exp. Candies
While Rare Candies can help Pokémon to gain levels, Exp candies will help you gain experience without even making them fight! They are available in Max Raid Battles.
Egg Moves
New feature in the Pokémon universe. When an egg hatches, it is capable of experiencing very particular abilities called Egg Moves. These are unique abilities because they cannot be taught by climbing levels or using TMs.
If you leave two Pokémon of the same species together at the Nursery, the one who knows an Egg ability can pass it on to the other!
