To find Fortbyte number 48 of the decryption challenge, you need the Vox Pickaxe (step 55 of the battle pass, paid version). Then go down to the southeast of the map in the snowy part and land on the mountain overlooking Happy Hamlet.
At the top of the mountain (on its southern part) you will easily spot a toilet seat leaning against a stone, just next to it there is a gnome, which you will have to smash with the Vox Pickaxe to get the Fortbyte.
