To find Fortbyte number 3 of the decryption challenge, go to the western most point of the map. It is in Snobby Shores: land on the middle house, walk west until you see the sea and you're there. A sign with a compass symbol on it should confirm that you are at the right place.
Before leaving, don't forget to equip yourself with the "Skull Trooper" emoji (level 58 of the battle pass, free version). You will need to use the emoji in front of the Fortbyte to pick it up.
