The dungeon in question is not far from the Meteor Staff, another popular item. You should preferably have the mount, since getting there on foot in Caelid may be long. A second valkyrie will come to assist him then . They are quite dangerous, especially at low levels. Luckily, it's possible to flinch them quite easily with powerful attacks.
