Knock down a total of five pine trees with a sawthrower is one of the season quests in the third episode of Fortnite Chapter 3. To achieve this challenge, you will therefore have to head to the icy forests of the island, where gigantic trees grow, whose trunks break and roll once started. Indeed, the pines are in fact these new trees of chapter 3, which introduce the mechanics of the fall of elements of decoration. No need to understand the details of this feature, however, because a few shots from the sawthrowers will suffice, once the forests are located.
Where to find pins?
You'll find a vast pine forest north of Reality Falls . These large conifers are also visible from the map, because they appear in dark green, and not in light green.
These giant trees therefore have the particularity of breaking during felling, and leaving only a stump behind them. Once fallen, the trunk can continue to descend the slopes. As it falls, it can even drag down other large trees, which will then fall like dominoes.
If possible, be sure to quickly collect a weapon before going to this forest, because it will be very contested during the week following the publication of the challenge.
