Let's ignore for a moment the dinosaur falling from the sky with a lot of discretion. It is the wooden board abandoned on the ground that interests us. The inscription engraved on it is the key that will lead us to the star: "I2,I3,J2,J3". These coordinates point to a remote location on the map where players almost never venture, by the sea east of Sunny Steps.
Land on the hill, if you are greeted by a small temple with a teddy bear inside, you are in the right place. Just go down the slope to fall straight to the star.
