For synergy to be active, you need to get a precise number of heroes of specific types on the battlefield at the same time.

Nautilus, Bard, Gnar, Teemo
• (3) → Astro Champions reduce their mana costs by 30
Illaoi, Nocturne, Kog'Maw, Cassiopeia, Viktor, Urgot
Battlecast champions, upon dealing or taking 10 instances of damage, heal for (X) if below half health, or deal (X) magic damage to the nearest enemy if above half.
• (2) → Damage or heal value: 80
• (4) → Damage or heal value: 180
• (6) → Damage or heal value: 480
• (8) → Damage or heal value: 1000
Xayah, Rakan, Xin Zhao, Ashe, Kassadin, Lulu
All allies heal based on damage Celestial units deal.
• (2) → 15% of Damage Dealt
• (4) → 45% of Damage Dealt
• (6) → 150% of Damage Dealt
Caitlyn, Twisted Fate, Blitzcrank, Shen, Ezreal, Wukong, Thresh
All allies gain 15% Attack Speed every X seconds.

Cybernetic champions with an item equipped gain health and attack damage buff:

When a Dark Star dies, it gives increased damage and previous stacks of this effect to all Dark Star units.

Annie, Rumble, Fizz
• (3) → At the start of combat, three Mech-Pilot champs are merged into a Super Mech until it dies.
Super Mech Health: 2200 + 50% of Pilots
Super Mech Attack Damage: 160 + 50% of Pilots
Super Mech Ability damage: 650/700/750/850/900/1200/5000
Malphite, Ziggs, Sona, Yasuo, Master Yi, Jinx, Aurelion Sol
At the start of combat, Rebels gain a Health Shield for 8 seconds and Increased Damage for each adjacent Rebel.
• (3) → 150 Health Shield and 10% Increased Damage
• (6) → 225 Health Shield and 12% Increased Damage
• (9) → 400 Health Shield and 20% Increased Damage
Graves, Darius, Jayce, Gangplank
50% chance to drop gold or items whenever a Space Pirate lands a killing blow.

• (4) → 1 Gold and 33% chance to drop an item
Poppy, Zoe, Ahri, Neeko, Syndra, Soraka, Janna
Whenever a Star Guardian casts their spell, all other Star Guardians gain Mana.
