Rondine, one of the most iconic characters of Monster Hunter Rise, is waiting for you in the Buddy Plaza. This foreign merchant offers you various useful services that will save you from having to harvest by yourself. The first time you see her, she only has one submarine in which to send a Buddy. But as you progress in the main story, she will offer you two quests. Completing them will allow you to double, then triple your output.

Second Submarine: Cultural Exchange

This first request is called "Cultural Exchange". It asks you to deliver 3 Wisplanterns and 3 Boatshells. You can get these items in the Shrine Ruins and Frost Islands area.

Wisplanterns - Shrine Ruins

Search for the "Shimmering Red Berries" on your map. All you have to do is go to the location and pick them up. These are plants with orange berries, which grants both Firelanterns and the rarer Wisplanterns.

Boatshells - Frost Islands

Search for the "Oyster Beds" in the Frost Islands area. They are always at ground level, in the water, or on the bottom of a nearby wall. Boatshells are the rare material from this gathering spot.

Third Submarine: Economic Stimulation

This quest requires you to deliver 1 Rhino King, 3 Rock Roses, and 3 Bismuth Prisms. You can only found these items in High-Rank Quests.

King Rhino - Flooded Forest

This bug is a high-quality account item that you won't find often.
Search for "Shimmering Rhino" spots. It is a large insect hanging on a wall or a plant, never on the ground, and generally in high areas. You can also find some on top of a pyramid.

Rock Rose - Sandy Plains

Search for "Desert Rose " on your map. It is not a plant, but a brown rock formation.

Bismuth Prism - Lava Caverns

Search for "Iridescent Ore" spots on your map. They look like purple octagonal ore lodes. The lodes are more likely to be found on the heights of the volcano, on the surface, rather than in the caves.

All you have to do is go back and talk to Rondine. One more thing to know: the level of Buddies used in the submarines will determine the types of negotiation methods available and the yield. It is best to recruit and train very high-level Buddies.
