Fight Against Pukei-Pukei
The Pukei-Pukei will allow you to experience the effects of poison. Its mouth and tail are filled with it, which it can spray from a distance as well as leaving small puddles on the ground. It also seems that, depending on its previous meal, its poison can gain additional special effects like stun. In any case, it is important to have a good supply of antidotes before tracking it and to avoid exposing yourself to its attacks. To do this, attack it from the flanks and be prepared to do a side roll when it pivots toward you. It's tongue strikes also sweeps a wide area, so be careful and don't expose yourself too much. Its head is its weakest point and is not difficult to hit.
The Pukei-Pukei loves to turn its back on you before spraying clouds of poison with its tail. By using a Wirebug you can easily get over it and even reach its flanks before the poison gets in the way. It is worth noting that cutting off its tail will significantly reduce the range of its poison cloud.
