Playing exclusively in the support role in Genshin Impact, Sucrose will be able to provide a good amount of CC as well as an elemental resistance debuff on enemies. You're going to need some real DPS to complete all of this, but the character, while nowhere near the best characters in the game, is of real use on the tightest fights.

The other two Constellations provide a level up to Elemental Skill or Unleash.
To play alongside:
Diluc
Thanks to its powerful CC, Sucrose combines wonderfully with exceptional DPS, like Diluc. Also, the combination with the Pyro element is pretty good here since Sucrose and his Anemo will be able to spread flame damage.
Ayaka
Sucrose having a fairly powerful control power, she can perfectly allow you to follow up with Ayaka, whether with her elemental skill or her burst. Additionally, it is possible to trigger a scatter as a result of the Anemo and Cryo element combination.
Of course, these characters are only examples and do not constitute all of the playable characters with Sucrose but just a small representation of what you can do. Your imagination will allow you to create your own teams and test according to your preferences.
