God of War Ragnarök will introduce you to small game hunting, with great blows of legendary ax throws. The main collectibles hunt in the game is to kill Odin's 48 spy crows. You can find all the detailed information about them in our general guide dedicated to crows, with the other kingdoms, the rewards, etc.
Svartalfheim
This realm includes many crows that were inaccessible on your first visit. No need to worry about looking for exotic issues or methods. You will have the opportunity to kill them easily later in the story.
Aurvangar Wetlands
- A single crow, just to the left of the entrance, on top of a rock.
Nidavellir
- Perched on the edge of the roof of a house in the town of the dwarves.
Watchtower
- A single crow, flying above the area. It will take an attack with the right timing on its trajectory.
Radsvinn Tower
- The first crow is at the edge of the area, perched on the crane hook.
Althjof Tower
- The crow is hidden between the beams, behind planks, at eye level.
Lyngbakr Island
- A crow sits on a rocky outcrop a great distance away on the right flank of the whale/island. But it is impossible to reach at the start , it will be necessary to come back much later with the spear .
Isle of Alberich
This section and its two crows are only accessible once in possession of the spear , obtained much later in the story.
- The first crow flies to the left of the island after using the hook points to the north, with your new weapon.
- The second can be reached via the interior of the small island, there is a hole in the cliff. Trying to sniper it from afar, from the other side, is useless.
Alberich's Abyss
This area also cannot be reached without the spear , obtained much later in the story.
- The crow is just on the side of the road, knock it out by crossing the new secret area.
Forge
- The first crow is on the way, you should hear it and find it easily.
- You initially cross the area between two trolley passes. The second part of this area is blocked off until the story brings you there with Brok, much later. The second crow is then perched on the cliff to the left of the forge. You can't miss it.
Jarnsmida Mines
- The vile sparrow simply flies over the artificial lake, in the middle of the quarry. If you ever have difficulty returning to the area, be aware that you must return via the entrance to the kingdom, then take the raft used with Tyr in the opposite direction. You then have to cross the mine in the opposite direction, take a new passage that leads to an ogre, then open a door that serves as a shortcut to the entrance to the mine.
the core
- In an alcove, a little high up in the mine.
How to find and kill crows?
You should be able to find the majority of crows without assistance for several reasons. Indeed, each kingdom lists the total number of crows it contains, and each region individually lists its number of crows. This means that by displaying the map, you can easily see how many crows are in the area. You are therefore not going to search for nothing, in an already emptied region.
- Crows being neon green, they are often easily spotted. It will nevertheless be necessary to show skill and a little timing to kill those who steal. If you don't have the patience to aim at the flying crows, the spear , obtained later in the game, will allow you to snipe them easily.
- However, many crows are hidden behind obstacles or ledges, making it difficult to see them unless you look in the right place from the right angle. But a clue will help you: the characteristic noise of crows. They all emit plaintive croaks, which you can hear in the area. Then all you have to do is look everywhere. If despite your efforts you cannot find the crow, move forward a little in the area, it will then often be visible from another position.
- Finally, some crows can't be killed immediately, that's normal. You will have to go back to the area later, when the story has advanced in order to open the passage, or with new, more suitable tools, such as the spear .
