Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are now available on Nintendo Switch. Although the graphics and performance of the games are inevitably repulsive, the desire to explore Paldea and complete its Pokédex is not diminished. Especially since... Who says new generation says new creatures to capture. Of the 400 Pokémon present in the region, you will be able to find a hundred of the 9G. For its part, Eevee is a Pokémon of the first generation but is still as popular as ever! Here's where to find it and how to evolve it.
Where to find Eevee?
- Paldea Pokédex Number : 179
- National Pokédex number : 133
-
Type : Standard
Eevee has a very rare spawn rate and will most often be the only one of its kind in the area. The Pokédex indicates three areas where it is possible to see it, but the best way to obtain it is to do Teracristal Raids . Otherwise, you can find them in the wild in the following areas:
- Pokémon League Road
- South Zone N°2 (see red cross on the map below)
- West Zone N°3 (see red cross on the map below)
If you come across an Eevee, put the odds on your side to capture it since you will need several Eevee to obtain its evolutions.
How to evolve Eevee in all its evolutions?
Now that you have one or more Eevee, you'd probably like to evolve it. In most cases, you'll need an Evolution Stone for this: you can find them on the ground as you explore Paldea. Note that it is possible to cross evolutions directly in the wild and capture them.
Shiny Eevee: what does it look like?
It is very important to know what the Shiny forms of the Pokémon look like in these versions since no clues will be left on the screen: no little stars or shrill sound warning you like in Pokémon Legends Arceus. Of course, the color difference will probably jump out at you, but it's sometimes tricky in the case of Pokémon with light (hello Pikachu) or unknown chromatic forms.
- Instead of being light brown, Eevee is almost white.
The chance of finding a shiny is 1/4096 in the game. You can optimize this chance with the Chroma Charm (which is obtained once the entire Pokédex is completed) or the Taste Auras of the dishes you eat.
