Ashes of Outland has just been announced as the upcoming Hearthstone expansion and will hit live on April 7.
Some cards have already been revealed, adding to the pile of new features of this expansion alongside two new keywords — Dormant and Outcast, a new type of cards — Primes, and the new class: the Demon Hunter.
Some of the cards in the game come in different version: Alexstrasza with Dragonqueen Alexstrasza, the three iterations of Deathwing or the two representations of Ragnaros... However, no hero (apart from alternative skins) has his own card in play. Will Illidan make an exception to the rule? Apparently, he isn't going to.
Team 5 will simply change the name and artwork of the card, so we will no longer find the Master of the Illidari, but Xavius the Lord of Satyrs, who appears to be Malfurion's sworn enemy and... Illidan's brother.
