The March 27th update has just gone live on Modern Warfare and dataminers appear to have found the cover art for the remastered campaign from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
Rumours of a Modern Warfare 2 remaster have been around for some time, after several ratings boards posted details of the remaster on its respective websites.
Now it appears that the campaign is coming to Modern Warfare and could be available sooner than people may think.
Potential Release Date
Rumours have been circulating regarding the release of the campaign, with most leakers claiming that it will be arriving on March 30th.
Cosmetics Bundle
On Reddit, there are several images relating to a cosmetics bundle that can be unlocked when buying the remastered campaign.
Here is what is allegedly included:
- UTD Ghost Operator Skin (MW2 Ghost)
- Task Force (M4A1 Blueprint)
- One For One (1911 Blueprint)
- Free Dive (Weapon Charm)
- Belly Flop (Finishing Move)
- Stay Frosty (Operator Quip)
- No Easy Days (Animated Calling Card
- Ghost (Emblem)
It is important to consider that these are purely speculation and nothing official has been announced by Activision or Infinity Ward. If anything official does get announced. We will be sure to have it covered.
