As Patch 5.31 recently made it to Final Fantasy XIV we'll have to wait some more before getting the next update, as Patch 5.35 is scheduled for Tuesday October 13.
FFXIV 5.35 — The Bozjan Southern Front
This new instanced duty could remind you of Eureka and the way it works is kinda similar. Acting like a deep dungeon you will be able to enter it starting level 71 and will be synced as a level 80 players, accessing all your skills.
This massive instance will require player to work together to manage Critical Encounters and earn rewards, more information about this can be found on our translation of the Live Letter during which all this was revealed.
FFXIV Patch 5.35 — Resistance Weapons Relics Upgrade
This new patch will introduce a brand new glow for your Resistance Weapons. We know that upgrading this weapon will ask for materials that can be farmed inside and outside of the The Bozjan Southern Front. If you didn't see it just yet, the look of the upgraded weapons also recently leaked.

FFXIV Patch 5.35 — New Housing Plots
