Apex Legends Season 7 is scheduled for November 4. With it will come Horizon, the new legend to enter the playable character pool, but also Olympus, a brand new map!
After Kings Canyon and World's Edge, this is the third zone to make its appearance in the battle royale. It's the home town of Lifeline, Octane and Horizon, but also the place where Revenant murdered Loba's parents.
This "beautiful, lush city in the clouds" seems less hostile than most neighbouring cities — on the surface. The city doesn't seem to be affected by the crime and chaos of the rest of the Outlands.
Olympus has a rather characteristic landscape with high buildings, cherry blossoms, red aircrafts and indoor gardens. A predominantly wealthy population seems to live there.
Ash — a non-playable simulacrum who worked under Kuben Blisk as one of the Apex Predators — may well have a history with the city. It's possible that she was Horizon's assistant during her trip into space.
We still don't know how Respawn have decided to depict the atmosphere of the city. We'll have answers to our questions within the next few days since Season 7 and the map will be released on November 4.
Apex Legends has just made official the coming of Horizon as the next legend of the battle royale for Season 7.
