A brief outline of two new bosses has been added to the Genshin Impact blog, detailing Daleth, the Cryo Hypostasis, and Azhdaha, which looks like a Primo Geovishap on steroids.
The Cryo Hypostasis, codenamed Daleth, appears to play like most other Hypostasis bosses, with attacks tweaked somewhat. As well as abilities that target the player's location, it has a pretty nasty looking rolling attack.
You'll be able to take on the Cryo Hypostasis in the Dragonspine region, which means you're going to need to manage a double dose of cold if you want to succeed!
Meanwhile, Azhdaha is a Geo-based boss, and looks formidable with a range of AoE attacks. It also retains a lot of the Primo Geovishap's abilities, such as tunneling and targeting the player's location.
It is described as 'an enormous dragon as ancient as the mountains themselves', who 'stood shoulder to shoulder with one who ruled over a harbour of stone'. This is referring to Zhongli, who is the focus of 1.5 and whose story facilitates the boss fight. The lore then says the two came into conflict, with Azhdaha banished to 'a dark place deep underground'.
Genshin Impact 1.5 can be preloaded from tomorrow, with the full release date coming on Wednesday.
