The official Twitter account of Apex Legends posted a cryptic message a few days ago, leading us to understand that the Repulsor Tower — the one supposed to protect Kings Canyon from intrusion — has been damaged for a while now. This means we have a better understanding of how the Flyers have come to be in the area, dropping deathboxes for players who manage to take them down.
All this certainly has something to do with Crypto's laptop, found in-game by several players. But now, a video shows us the new Kings Canyon.
Indeed, we discover that wildlife in Kings Canyon has significantly developed. In addition to the Flyers, Leviathans now wander the map — and obviously you have to be careful with these creatures.
This could all have something to do with the fact that some parts of Kings Canyon have been destroyed, while others have been added. This will delight players, who will be able to use their brand new L-STAR in these new areas! The trailer also shows off new skins and emotes coming to Apex Legends Season 2 Battle Pass.
Don't forget, it's on July 2 that Apex Legends Season 2 arrives!
