Indeed, the dataminer Mero would have new information concerning him. According to him, Scaramouche will finally be a boss to face during patch 3.2. And it can be obtained via a banner dedicated to around the same period, under the nickname "vagabond" . This last detail is quite remarkable, because until now the character had the title of “balladeur”.
One month behind schedule
A little over two months ago, another dataminer, SaveYourPrimos , predicted that Scaramouche would be released via patch 3.1, a handful of weeks after the summer holidays. But due to the recent health crisis in China, which considerably delayed the work of Mihoyo, the delays seem to have accumulated, and Scaramouche will only show up during version 3.2.
A very mysterious Fatui
Scaramouche is developing a lot of hype within the community, but we don't know a lot about him.
