Following one of the biggest leaks in the history of Genshin Impact, all of Sumeru's characters are now known. Even if reliable information about them is still scattered, the community already formulates a thousand and one hypotheses, on their elementary affiliations or their rarities. One of them is particularly awaited by the players: it is Dehya.
Very recently, it was confirmed that she would be a carrier of Claymore. Considering Genshin Impact's last 5-star Claymore-carrying adult female character (Eula) was released over a year ago, and the last Pyro female character (Yoimiya) was released almost a year ago, Dehya could legitimately be the 5 stars we were waiting for...
A recent post by Hxg Diluc confirms that Dehya will only be 4 stars.

Appearances are sometimes deceiving, but on Genshin, 5-star characters are often extremely charismatic. And guess what? This is exactly what Dehya is.
With her tribal look, the character imposes, and her large size suggests that she could be a 5 star character. It remains to be seen if his kit will follow, but if the latter is spectacular, Dehya will have no trouble generating the same enthusiasm as a Diluc or a Zhongli.
Leaks claim that Dehya will settle for 4 stars
Very many Genshin Impact fans are earnestly hoping that Dehya will be 5 stars. She seems to have the stuff for it, and the timing in the 5-star character histories is in her favour, with an estimated release between patch 3.2 and 3.4. However, Hxg Diluc, reputed to be a reliable source, claims that the character will "probably be 4 stars".
We will probably have to wait a few more weeks to have the end of the story, but hope remains!
