Pokémon Scarlet Violet: The worst bugs observed by players!

Pokémon Scarlet/Violet was already making a lot of noise before its release, and even more now that the game is accessible to everyone. The main reason ? The game is relatively ugly and sometimes poorly optimized. Here is a compilation of the best (or worst) bugs and other glitches.

Pokémon Scarlet Violet: The worst bugs observed by players!

Welcome to Paldea! This gigantic open world where pokémon, trainers, pixelated trees and other bugs live together.

Pokémon Scarlet/Violet is as good as it is frustrating. Clearly displaying great ambitions, the game has very good sides: good gameplay, an open world, a lot of content, a very quality soundtrack among others. But unfortunately, the reason it's most talked about right now is its sometimes hilarious technical issues. Game not optimized enough, textures from another century, we are soon arriving in 2023 and sometimes we wonder if GameFreak has not found the formula to go back in time...

An anthology of bugs

Numerous technical problems which are obviously a lot of talk on the networks, and the community hastened to share the multiple anomalies present in the game. Pokémon or Hogwarts Legacy? We sometimes wonder.

Here is a compilation of videos and reviews that sum up all the negative things you can find at Paldea:

Crazy Frog has apparently arrived safely in Paldea!
And it turns heads...
Front wheel enthusiasts, you are in for a treat!
PEGI 18??
Besides having the power to train pokemon, you can also teleport.
If you were going to blame the potential of the Switch, bad news for GameFreak...
Psyduck controls your Switch if you try to capture it.
And it may not be the only one
Question of point of view, but we will remain polite...
In real life, that's what Pokémon Gold/Silver open world version could have been, right?
So that's earth sickness...
A.. gameplay.. dy.. na.. mic...
We actually lost our sight.

And despite that, it's a good game!

The word to sum up this latest pokemon is "frustration". Because if we disregard the sometimes abominable graphics and the fact that we paid 60€ (!) for it, Scarlet/Violet is a very good game! We let you read our complete test of the game if you want to reassure yourself.

This bodes well for the future! In addition to these technical problems, the majority agrees that this last Pokémon is the best of the saga in terms of gameplay and content. If GameFreak is coming for next-gen in 3 years to keep all that great content, their ambitions and make the game just a little bit better, could next-gen be the pinnacle of the franchise? Hopefully, by then, catch 'em all! Finally, if they are not invisible...
