Cranked arrived on Modern Warfare on December 18th as part of the second drop of season one content. The mode is similar to Team Deathmatch but it is much faster.
After each kill you receive a bonus which included faster health regeneration, faster reload and faster aim down sight (ADS) speed.
Once you've scored a bonus, a 30-second timer is activated. You must kill an enemy within the 30 seconds to avoid an explosive death! If you do secure a kill within the time, the timer resets.
