Well. by choosing 20 minutes — which is the duration of the sequence in the original game — you'll unlock an extra scene at the end of the demo. This one-minute teaser shows you what is going to happen right after you return to the Main Menu.
In the second chapter, you'll discover the consequences of destroying the Sector 1 Reactor.
In the full game, Barret will most likely give you a small bonus to reward your efforts. Note that the 20-minute timer doesn't include the boss battle against the Scorpion Sentinel, so you'll have plenty of time to escape before it runs out.
Final Fantasy VII Remake comes to PlayStation 4 as a one-year timed exclusive on April 10, 2020.
