Valorant is the new game from Riot Games. The much-anticipated FPS currently has very little to offer other than expectations and hope to its hyped-up fans. Between two sessions of aim_training on CS:GO, you can secure and choose your in-game username for Valorant. This is actually the Riot ID — equivalent to your Battle.net or Discord ID. If Twitter seems to be re-discovering this possibility of modification these last few days, you should know that it has been possible for much longer, and that you can change your Riot ID once a month.
How to change your Riot Games username
First of all, go to Riot Games official website to log in.
After you have logged in, go to Options by moving the mouse over your nickname at the top right of the page.
Then go to the Riot ID tab where you can enter the ID of your choice with a few rules of course. This ID will consist of a nickname part at the beginning of the username, followed by a # and numbers like on Battle.net or Discord.
