In Harry Potter Wizards Unite, Greenhouses are points of interest on the map which allow witches and wizards to collect ingredients necessary in the concoction of Potions.
When entering a Greenhouse, you will find yourself in front of a selection of three plants. Choosing one will reward you with a random set of ingredients.
You can enter a Greenhouse every five minutes. Greenhouses you have recently visited are indicated by a red flag — exactly like how the purple coloring works for PokéStops in Pokémon GO once on cooldown.
The 2.0.0 update also gave us a new feature in Greenhouses: common pots.
All players in the area will be able to interact with these pots — first by planting seeds, then by watering them, and finally by reaping the fruits of your collective labour!
Once ripe, the plant spawns Ingredients on the map. Everyone in the area can enjoy this crop, so get it before it disappears!
In addition, all players can cast the Herbivicus spell on the pot, in order to increase its yield. However, this costs Energy — and even though all can enjoy the result of the pot, only one person can access it at a time.
