In this guide, you will find various tips that could make your life easier on Animal Crossing New Horizons. Although it's a simple game, it's not negligible to have some good skills to take control! Let's avoid silly mistakes.

Eat 5 fruits and vegetables

Failing to have vegetables, you can eat 10 fruits to increase your strength tenfold in order to break rocks with the shovel or your axe, but also to dig up a tree stump. 10 fruits eaten equivalent to 10 digging up trees or 10 broken rocks.

Thousand bells!

There are different ways to effortlessly have bells in New Horizons, including hitting a bell rock that can provide you with up to 15,000 bells, digging up bags of bells, shaking trees or collecting gifts in the air. Whether it's rocks, trees and bell holes, they respawn every day.

Lack of space?

More space in the inventory? Do not hesitate to put everything on the ground while waiting to increase the storage. If you unlock the house, you can store everything in the infinite inventory.

Wasps, shelters!

If wasps are chasing you, take shelter with locals or in a shop. The animation of the wasps will be canceled and they will leave you alone. Phew, a remedy to save! If you can't escape, talk with the locals with disfigured faces, one will give you the recipe for the remedy!

Head for the mystery!

Go to the mystery islands to get new varieties of insects, fish, flowers, fruits and trees! It is also a great way to invite characters to live on your island!

Be wise!

Keep all of the resources you don't use in your home inventory (or on the floor of your tent while waiting for a home). They will be very useful for you later and will save you from going on 1001 trips to the mystery islands.

Ace of fishing

Can't find fish on the open sea? Dig up Japanese clams, which are easily noticed by a small hole in the sand, to make fish bait! A simple and effective way to attract fish.

Insect lover

Do not dig up all tree stumps when cutting trees. These can be very useful for having a variety of insects that only appear on surfaces!

Need a branch?

Don't hesitate to shake the trees up to 10 times in a row to get more branches.
