Combat Knife
As Carlos's parts are much more survival horror oriented, the combat knife, available from the beginning, will serve you many times. It will also save you a lot of bullets.
G18 Handgun
Similar to Jill's G19, this weapon is usually used to finish off zombies or to take care of them when they are isolated. Carlos will encounter large or very resistant groups of enemies, and the ammunition for his handgun is quite limited and therefore valuable. The G18 is available from the beginning.
CQBR Assault rifle
Carlos' main weapon, and your best asset in his game. The U.B.C.S. agent will often encounter grouped and/or very tough enemies, so it is advisable to use the assault rifle in small bursts and aimed at enemies' weak points.
Carlos' perfect dodge is a punch which knocks enemies to the ground, so use this technique and then deal with those left standing with the assault rifle. Carlos has the assault rifle at his disposal at the beginning of his journey.
