New side quest in Chapter 14 of Final Fantasy VII Remake, the Secret Medicine will ask you to recover some items on behalf of the Sector 5 doctor. The search for these will lead you to the four corners of Midgar, but you'll see, everything can be done at the same time as other side quests.
The Secret Medicine: The 3 Ingredients
- The Horn can be obtained from the Behemoth Type-0 in the side quest Subterranean Menace, in the park near sector 7.
- The Medicinal Flower is in the Church, after Sector 5 station. You should have no trouble finding it. Take the opportunity to recover the lost Chocobo that is on your way. You will also go there for the quest of Don Corneo's Secret Stash.
- You can buy the Moogle Mortal for 1 Moogle Medal in the Moogle Shop in sector 5.
Once you have all the ingredients, the game will ask you if you want to teleport to the doctor: accept, and the mission is completed. You will get the Telluric Scriptures Vol. III for Aerith
