Redd is back on Animal Crossing: New Horizons. He will come to the hidden beach of your island using a small shack to sell you paintings and statues. However, it will be necessary to have a watchful eye, because Redd is expert in the sale of Fake. If you buy a counterfeit, you will not be able to exhibit it in your museum or sell it at a good price to Nook's Cranny (10 bells only!). In this guide, we list the paintings and statues of Redd and we give you the tip to find the real ones from the fakes!

How to recognize a fake?

There are several ways to recognize fakes:

  • Simply compare with the original work
  • Listening to Redd and analyzing his way of speaking

Some pieces need to be looked at carefully, you have to take the time and not rush to the first painting or sculpture that comes. Below, for example, the work on the left is real while the work on the left is fake (the flower at the bottom right is missing).
