Call of Duty: Modern Warfare's Realism multiplayer game mode changes the traditional CoD experience by removing all elements of HUD to provide you with a taste of realism during your games. In Realism mode, there is no mini-map, no crosshair and no visuals on ammo and utility! You have to remember how many grenades you have and if you still have enough ammo in your magazine.

In addition, only your target can help you target enemies and your hearing to apprehend them. Here, you really have to rely on your natural senses to seek and destroy the enemy, whether in Realism Team Deathmatch or in any other game mode with the rules of realism in the game.
