It's one of the most amazing features of the beginning of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3. Players have the opportunity to use sharks as a means of traction for water skiing. It's no joke, and it's a pretty convenient way to get around if you can't find a boat.
Step 1: find a fishing rod
You'll absolutely need a standard fishing rod. Search the docks and coastlines on the map, without forgetting to take a good look at the pontoons. You shouldn't have any trouble finding one.
Step 2: find a shark and have it hooked!
Sharks infest most of the coastlines bordering the game archipelago. They can even attack you by jumping on land! Once you've spotted one, the operation is quite simple:
- Throw your line so that the cork lands within one or two metres of the shark.
- Wait a few seconds.
- The shark will tangle his fin in the line and pull you to him. That's where your sea rodeo begins!
Step 3: lead the beast!
In this unique waterskiing experience, you're the one who leads the way. You fully control the shark, and you can even accelerate or jump!
