In addition to Fortnite's weekly challenges, there are punch cards which are series of challenges to be completed as Chapter 2 Season 4 progresses.
These are very long term challenges that must be completed over the course of the entire season. The experience provided by them not only allows you to complete the battle pass but also to go beyond level 100 to unlock different skins styles.
