Patch 5.3 introduced a new Custom Delivery on Final Fantasy XIV located in Ishgard and this time you'll work with Ehll Tou.
You might have guessed it already but to get the Ehll Tou mount you will need to complete the related custom delivery.
If you didn't unlock it just yet, here is how you can do it.
Unlocking Ehll Tou Custom Deliveries
To unlock the deliveries you will first need to go the Firmament in Ishgard and talk to Ehll Tou (X: 15.5 Y: 11.4) and accept the quest called "If Songs Had Wings"
Unlocking the quest "If Songs Had Wings" might ask you to do few side quests as it is one of the new addition to the Ishgardian Restoration sidequests. You will also need to go back to Mor Dhona if you didn't complete the Quest called "Go West, Craftsman" before.
If you never went to the Firmament before, here are the quests you will need to do to access Ehll Tou Custom Deliveries.
And here you go, you should be all set to work your way to the Ehll Tou mount with the weekly Custom Deliveries.
