This challenge is part of Fortnite Season 4 Week 10 Challenges and you'll have to leave the Fortilla and join the Authority by boat, without leaving your vessel. You'll find motorized canoes under the Fortilla's central boathouse.
We have had similar racing challenges in the past, but with cars. The advantage is that boats don't need fuel in Fortnite.
To navigate to the Authority, the best way is to cross the swamps, then Weeping Woods and continue on the river that winds through the woods. This route is quite simple, and if you use your speed boost wisely, you should be able to complete the challenge in no time.
Note that motorized canoes are fast even on land. Nothing prevents you from cutting across fields if necessary.
During the week following the release of this challenge, many players will try to obtain a motorized canoe to complete their challenge. The best method will be to rush to the central shed and zigzag the throttle to avoid bullets.
Also try to save your speed boost for times when enemies are targeting you.
