The mortal vessel of Barbatos, the Wind Archon, has come to Genshin Impact as a 5-star, bow-wielding character with Anemo affinity. Here's what we think is the best build for Venti in Genshin Impact.

Subtitled the Windborne Bard, Venti is now available in Genshin Impact.

A bow wielder, he is aligned with the Anemo element. He's best used as a support DPS, and is great for exploration.

You can only get Venti from Event Wishes, as a five-star character.

The best weapons for Venti in Genshin Impact

If there's one thing Venti is, it's versatile. There are several different weapons that work with him, but given our choice of build focuses on switching him in for his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst, we've narrowed it down to a couple.

Elegy for the End is a five-star weapon that increases Elemental Mastery for the whole team when Venti uses his Elemental Skill and Burst, while The Stringless just ramps up the damage of those abilities.

The Parting Refrain

A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases Elemental Mastery by 60/75/90/105/120. When the Elemental Skills or Elemental Bursts of the character wielding this weapon hit opponents, that character gains a Sigil of Remembrance. This effect can be triggered once every 0.2s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field.

When you possess 4 Sigils of Remembrance, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain the "Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" effect for 12s.

"Millennial Movement: Farewell Song" increases Elemental Mastery by 100/125/150/175/200 and increases ATK by 20/25/30/35/40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Remembrance for 20s.

Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.

The best Artifacts for Venti in Genshin Impact

Given it's Anemo affinity, the best overall artifacts are the Viridescent Venerer set. As well as increasing Anemo DMG, it increases Swirl DMG by a huge amount and applies a debuff to enemies.

Alternatively, if you want more burst, the Noblesse Oblige four-set offers a great boost to Elemental Burst DMG and adds a buff to all party members.

(4) Increases Swirl DMG by 60%. Decreases opponent's Elemental RES to the element infused in the Swirl by 40% for 10s.

Noblesse Oblige

(2) Elemental Burst DMG +20%

(4) Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members' ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.

Talent and Constellation priority for Venti in Genshin Impact

Given you're all in on the Elemental DMG, you want to max out Venti's Wind's Grand Ode Elemental Burst first. Skyward Sonnet is best next.

Constellation-wise, both Breeze of Reminiscence (C2) and Storm of Defiance (C6) reduce enemies' Anemo RES, translating to a huge increase in DMG output.

The best stat priority and substat priority for Venti in Genshin Impact

As an Elemental-focused character, you'll want uptime on Venti's abilities as much as possiible.
