Animal Crossing: New Horizons often updates its catalog of seasonal items. Since November 19, 2020, the Winter Update has arrived on our consoles and offers a whole bunch of new features: Turkey Day, Toy Day, snowflakes, festive decorations etc... And as for each update, it's then possible to take advantage of new items to get for free (or in exchange for a few bells). Here are 6 that you should definitely not miss.
Yule log
Impossible to miss, the Yule log is offered to you directly by Nintendo in your letterbox if you have downloaded version 1.6.0 of the game. It's possible to customize it to transform its color and taste (not everyone like chocolate!).
The Nookphone Pocket Camp case
Here is an item a little more complicated to obtain since you absolutely need:
- Nintendo Account
- Have downloaded the Animal Crossing Pocket Camp mobile game
- Have linked your Nintendo Account to both games

To get the phonecase, all you have to do is log into Pocket Camp, claim the reward and enter the code obtained in the Nintendo eshop of your Nintendo Switch.
Then go to the Nook Stop to buy it 2000 Bells.
Northern lights wall
The Northern lights wall is one of the seasonal items to pick up at Nook Shopping. Go to the Residents Office and turn on the Nook Stop. In the Nook Shopping menu, choose the "seasonal items" tab. By purchasing the wall, you will receive it only the next day via mailbox.
Note that for the southern hemisphere, players can buy a sunflower rug.
From December 1 to 31 only.
3 dishes to celebrate the new year
Please note, it is only possible to collect these dishes from December 26 to 31, 2020. A very limited time, but which will allow you to obtain three superb dishes cooked for the New Year.
In addition to all these items to collect in November and December, other items related to the Turkey Day and the Toy Day will also be obtainable during these events.
