This challenge is part of Fortnite Season 4 Week 4 XP Xtravaganza Challenges and you'll have to harvest Buses and RVs in native locations. This designation refers to landmarks that were there on the original map of the battle royale!
Only two cities have survived all the upheavals that have affected the island throughout the seasons: Retail Row and Salty Springs. All the others were swallowed by a black hole, replaced by other places or drowned under water.

The challenge requires you to collect materials from buses or RVs. Note that a single blow of your pickaxe will do the trick. The problem is that Salty Springs doesn't have a bus or RV park.
On Retail Row, a large blue bus rests on the large square of the shopping city. Unless there are last-minute changes, this will be your unique solution to complete the challenge.
During the week following the release of this challenge, Retail Row will be the landing point for a large number of players eager to complete the challenge. It's likely that this blue bus will only last a few seconds at the beginning of the games. Don't hesitate to rush on it as soon as it lands, otherwise it will be quickly destroyed by other opponents!
One wonders if Epic Games wouldn't try to send us a message through this challenge. Is this a sign that the map will be transformed once again, as a result of the fight against Galactus?
